Great work as always Shiv. Glad to see you over on this side of the board. I'll hit you up later to show you something that could help you break that 400 WHP mark much easier.

There may be more.
What img said.

Regarding the variance run to run: I agree with the camp that suggests 3-6 stock runs, then 3-6 tuned runs, and comparing the highest of each. Of course, I doubt many people do this. Also, there is currently no way to reset the adaptations, so that is also a potential factor.

Glad to see you on here now. First things first though, get that shift indicator going too for us MT drivers.

lol... it's already functional. All we had to do was increase the max RPM setting from 7000rpm to 9000rpm. The first m3 i tested was a DTC car. So I was really surprised to see that the 6MT doesn't have a shift light considering it's more useful when you are rowing through the gears yourself!

And the dyno results are up in a new thread

Nice to see you here Scalbert!

Cheers

Curious how much power you can get from a tune set up with no cats.

Many NA M3's are getting 400whp with tune set to no cats, pulley, full catless exhaust and air filter.

I have not yet seen "many" such dynos. I have seen only one -- as I recall it was 408 rwhp, by OE Tuning, and not on a dynojet. I believe there are no such dynos included in the "dyno database."

FWIW, I couldn't find any on the dynojet database either. The only ones that i saw making over 400whp were 4.6L strokers. And even some of those made less than 400whp.

The methanol system runs off of the PROcede tuner, meaning you can't get it alone.

Kit is running strong and fun. You must get the proceed to control the meth system.
