April 3rd ~ DFW M3/Bimmer Meet PICS!!!

First of all, I would like to say a very special thank you for all the support that our local members have given me, so that we can together make our monthly Bimmer Meets possible!

A while back, I had recieved the great idea from the member named: Cal (calintexas), to combine our meets with Cars & Coffee. It has been an extremely worthwhile idea, and I wanna thank him for that.

Also, I wanna thank James (SHADY1) for giving us the idea of growing our M3 Meets by making it open to all Bimmers, and not just M3's. This has proved to be a very successful idea too. And I wanna thank him for that, as well.

If I'm not mistaken, I think this would be our 5th meet so far.

It looks like our meets have been growing steadily, and we have decided to hold one on the first Saturday of every month. So if any of you guys ever visit the Dallas area, please feel completely free to join in!

Here are several pics that I took, and some of our group members may be adding some more pics later on. Also, I've added a couple of vids which were taken by Matt (pittsy).

I've posted many pics of M3's in the beginning, but I couldn't resist the urge to post all the other pics we took at Cars & Coffee.

Dallas Cars & Coffee is just incredible. Initial word is that they lost count after 670 cars coming in yesterday. There's something for everyone that loves cars. The most interesting car for me was the Saab 96 rally car. I had forgotten that they had two stroke three cylinder engines until the owner started it up to leave. With straight pipes, it was easily the loudest car there (plus it emits a blue haze). My camera didn't do justice to the purple-lish-ess-ness of the '55 Chevy.
