Stealership does it again

My '11 e92 alerted me to a battery problem a few weeks ago. Well, over 3 weeks I had multiple warnings that my battery was about to fail. It is a daily driver, but I only put about 7,000 miles a year on the car. When I told my advisor about the problem he asked me to bring it in. I brought it in this morning and they had me wait 90 minutes while they put a new battery in under warranty and then without my permission put new wiper blades on my car. While they kept me waiting a whole hour and a half, one of the salesman took me out in a variety of hot cars. And, if you can believe this shit they did not attempt to charge me for anything. Be careful, some stealers can be sneaky nice to you.

Amen brother. I bet those bastards are trying to do their jobs when I'm not supervising their activities. Gotta be careful out there.

That's just horrible. You need to write to BMWNA and demand that they compensate you for this uncalled for service.

You need to be real careful. If you aren't watching closely, in addition to the wiper bladz, they will also do a low mileage oil change and brake fluid flush as a goodwill/warranty item. Just had that 'done' to me on my low mileage '11...

I also got jerked around by my stealership for my first major service at 15K miles. They greeted me as I arrived on time and I was wary to their tricks. They performed the service promptly and did NOT wash my car. I had requested that. I figured they were up to something. As I got my car back I did a walk around but was seriously dejected that no errant grease was maligning my interior nor were there any new dents or chuffs of my pristine paint.

I could do nothing but hang my head low and admit defeat.

I did check for days the floor of my garage since I expected fluid leaks from my car but none were to be found. What is going on with these guys?

At my dealership they brought out a breakfast spread for the people waiting for service.

I mean, it wasn't like a omlette station, rather coffee, bagels, donuts etc...nice, not expecting it.

I think most dealership at least has the small snack bar and mini-fridge right?

For some reason my dealer says my 12/07 build is not on the list. Strange..

My dealer has amazing home made cookies, water, fruit, and some other good stuff + a coffee machine.

Center BMW for the win.

I did use South Bay before they ripped my step father off.

My shuttle driver was nice- I think he was trying to lower my guard so they could murder me for my kidneys. No dice stealership- I am wise to your ways.

This is precisely why I started this thread. Never, ever trust the stealer since they were created in Satan's image.
