I don't know for sure, but if they're anything like the E46, they're clipped on. Slide them to one side and pry them out.

The E92 335 reflectors are stuck on with adhesive. I took the front wheels off to get to mine more easily. All you had to do was use a hair dryer to heat the adhesive on the inside of the fender for about 2 minutes and then use a tool to pull them off. You had to go slow so you would not pull in any little bit of the plastic fender with it. I used a small putty knife.

The e92 m3's look much different, but I am sure there will be a solution within 30 days of them being released.

I'm getting excited to start seeing them on the road here in the states.

I had been looking for the replacements so I didn't have to go to a paint shop and risk them not doing a good job...did a little more searching and found this...

http://www.**********s.com/product.a...s_e92_PR&rurl=

whats crazy is that they have them cheaper then the company who actually made them, now thats a deal if you ask me

Does anyone know if any aftermarket companies are selling clear reflectors?

Because clear reflectors look like they as supposed to be there whereas painted ones look like an extraneous piece of plastic that serves no purpose.

The body shop that I go to will be selling these online on ebay as well. think he quoted me $54.99 + shipping per set. Think they are waiting for the part number so they can order them. Apparantly they will be OEM BMW reflectors just painted. they also mentioned for forum members they will give a core discount think of $10. So $44.99 a set not so bad. Will post more info when I get it.

If you turn your core's in, you are basically making the business for them.

Ya but whats the point in keeping a extra set? Dont ask me though thats what they told me.

Think most shops will charge approx $50+ to paint your current reflectors. and my Shop uses Standox (Euro) paint.

The painted reflectors that we had on our e46 didnt match in some lights but you're probably right, they would look good on white.

Xcel - man your M is killer. I know I have already posted it, but the color combo is stellar!

I am an engineer so a non-functional cover would drive me crazy. A clear reflector would still serve its purpose and not look as obnoxious as orange. Your painted ones look way better than being orange and would probably be preferred by most.

Thank you par4. I know where you're coming from, I used to have clears on my E46, but I got sick of their look after a while.

The more I look at your car, the weaker my argument is.

The E92 reflectors are flusher than the E46 ones. Look pretty good.
