I need your opinions! ARC-8 Wheels!

Hey guys, I have a 2008 M3 E90.

I'm about to order a set of APEX ARC-8 wheels.
Problem is, I can't decide on the color of the wheels.

There are two colors I like, and they are
- Satin Black
or
- Anthracite

The color of my car is SPARKLING GRAPHITE METALLIC,

and I want YOUR OPINION on which color wheels would suit my car better!

Here is the link to APEX ARC-8 website, they have a couple pictures.

http://www.apexraceparts.com/ARC-8-1...fset_p_56.html

Thanks for your time and your opinion would be much appreciated!

Pat

You have a pic of your car?

I have anthracite and now wish I got the Satin Black. Anthracite is silver with a dark clear coat. It does hide brake dust well.

Satin Black... Anthracite may end up looking too matchy-matchy (or worse, only 'kinda' close).

I personally prefer contrast between wheels / body color.

Go with Satin Black, that's what I'm getting for Space Gray E92. It will look good on your color too. I think that anthracite just looks like your wheels are always dirty, plus provides no contrast with gray/silver cars. Hyper Black is my second choice.

I would avoid satin black if you don't like your wheels to look dirty. The black color is matte and collects brake dust easily. Unless you clean it often, your wheels will always look a brownish-grey color from the brake dust collected on the rim.

I have Satin Black track wheels for my Sparkling Graphite E90, I think they look good. I had the OEM 18's like you and have HRE P40s in Satin Charcoal for the street. I Like the look of both. Doesnt hurt to do something different since you already have OEM 18's

Yeah that's what I was thinking!
OEM 18's have a slight gunmetal-ish tone to it, so I wanted to try something different!
