LMB M3 update
Its been a while since I have had any pics of my car up on here so i felt it was time to post some new pics up of the new and improved M!
My journey started last summer with me buying my '11 e92 in Houston and swearing off any modding because who needs to mod a 70k car right? Wrong, dead wrong. I also think Phil was the one who gave me the mod bug after seeing his M at cars and coffee. I began with going the conventional route with the usuals: blacked out grilles, side markers, painted reflectors. Then I got my wheels powder coated gloss black with a little bit of a matte touch and I added on a arkym front lip and thought I was done. (PS big props to Richard at M World for the mods) I eventually felt my car lacked in the sound department and was literally on the edge of buying the akrapovic but backed out at the last minute and went with the blacked out gintani. What an amazing sounding exhaust, little to no drone and the sound is intoxicating (Word to Raz at Gintani for the hookup) Fast forward a couple of months and one drunk driver later, im out of my arkym lip and my front bumper. Little did I know this was my chance that upgrade my front bumper. After lots of research and hair pulling I finally got my Amuse Ericson bumper and Trunk! The pics are quick iPhone pics but i'll get some proper pics in soon. |

One of the best looking LMB M3s I have seen to date.
Except the BMW Roundels I like those stock, just me though. BRING ON THE PHOTOSHOOT |

Not really digging the mods. That, and the very aggressive body work should have some other wheels to set it off. OEM (even painted black) does not seem to match.
All of that being said, I do have the tendency to like understated mods, so take it for what its worth. |

Wow your M3 looks awesome
I like the mods you did on your M3, way to go with the Gintani exhaust I have Gintani Race . I understand how you must have felt with the drunk driver taking out your bumper and front lip spoiler. I had a tractor trailer tire take out my Hamann front lip spoiler and the bumper so I up graded to a Arkym bumper I was on the fence with a Ericson bumper but went on with Arkym I see you are a fellow Texas member like myself. Maybe I might run into you one day because I have a son that live in Houston and I go to car shows and events all over Texas. Good job on the mods with your M3 once again and I know all about the mod virus

It's amazing how you guys throw me under the bus when you spend money on mods. But I guess it's a compliment to inspire someone to do something positive . Now that's out the way...... man.....talk about recovering from a setback.....you did a marvelous job. That front bumper is the shiznit. Are you coming to the meet & greet on the 18th? I gotta see your car...........Phil

I'd opt for non black after market wheels for some contrast. Already looks clean, wheels will add more wow since u got bumper and rear covered already.

That car is a set of wheels away from looking absolutely menacing.

As for the wheels, I totally agree with everyone that the car needs some wheels. I'm prob gonna be looking for some wide as hell wheels this summer. Always open to suggestions
