Longer O2 Sensors

I have Super Sprint High Flow cats, and the O2 sensors that came with the car aren't long enough, when can i get a longer O2 sensor that would fit the cats? (particularly bank 2)

With the E46 M3 the rear 02 sensors were actually long enough without having to extend them. I believe with the E9X M3 you are going to have to splice into the wires and extend them.

So is the supersprint piping of bigger diameter / thicker / O2 sensor bung bigger? I don't understand why you would need longer O2 sensors? Are you refering to the wiring needing to be longer because the sensor is in a different location?

I spliced them and apparently they aren't working so I want to see if i can find o2 sensors with a longer wire originally (not spliced)

Yes, sorry i mean't the wire… because the bung is located further back than the stock cats

Gotcha...well I would say just splice and make sure you use the correct wiring gauge and what not....but looks like you might have already done that.

There are no "longer" O2 sensors. If you already extended the wires make sure that you soldered the connections or if you spliced it make sure you used the best connections. Otherwise you will always have problems.
Email the company and ask them. They have a good customer service section. Good luck
