really need some help - I'm probably the most undecisive person ever!!

OK. I have decided to go with 9.5'' F and 10'' R wheels (custom offsets to be determined) given the fact that they are versatile sizes and, worst comes to worst, I can fit a decent selection of rubber on to them. I need help though figuring out what to go with. I have heard a great deal about the new Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas and they are so much cheaper than other tires for me (I live in Canada), so I wanted to get rims to primarily fit those tire sizes, as well as others just in case I decide to hate these.

Just some info
- 18''
- The car will be tracked (not heavily, but at least 4-5x in the summer)
- The rims/tires are also to be used on the street during the summer
- The car will NOT be lowered (that's what they all say!) mostly due to the fact that I do not want to screw with handling, I live in a city where roads are useless, and because I don't want to risk chances of rubbing.

I wanted some help on what you all think may be the best tire setup. I would REALLY like to try and keep the balance of the stock +20 setup, but still want to have wider rubber. I want try and keep speedometer readings proper (ish...) - remember, it's mostly a street car, and I also don't want the tire to look weird in the wheel well. I would also like to know if going from a +20 setup to +10 or +30 will have a noticeable effect, or would adversely affect the balance of handling.

So my choices are the following:

- 275/35/18 F and 295/35/18 R
-----slight chance of front rub
-----keeps the +20
-----close to stock sidewall height
-----vredestein = low $$

- 265/35/18 F and 295/35/18 R
-----no rub
-----+30 now
-----front a little shorter so may look weirder
-----vredestein = low $$

- 265/35/18 F and 275/40/18 R
-----no rub
-----+10 now
-----front a little shorter and back NICE AND FAT (will screw up the speedometer by >1%)
-----no vredestein unless I mismatch the F/R which I believe is not recommended? = more $$

- 265/35/18 F and 285/35/18 R
-----no rub
-----keeps the +20
-----both a little shorter and will screw up the speedometer by >1%
-----noo vredestein unless I mismatch = more $$

Guys, honestly...ANY opinion would help. I appreciate it

Best,
G

P.S. This is for an E92 M3, not the 335i in my sig

don't use different brands of tires.

I would not go the +30 route.

I would definitely go the +30 route.

The new GTS confirms this can be a great setup.

The car IMO has too much oversteer stock, and +30 is perfect IMO.

I ran 255/285 and it felt great. Much better than 245/265. I can only imagine 265/295.

The question is, can you live with such a small looking tire up front? (only looks right to me if slammed on coils)

If it were me I'd go 275/295.

i'd go 265/285... keeps the balance of the original set up and shouldnt rub with the ride offset.

this my help in the opinion gathering:

FRONT
- 245/40/18 (stock) diameter - 25.71 in/653.03 mm
- 265/35/18 diameter - 25.30 in/642.62 mm
- 275/35/18 diameter - 25.57 in/649.47 mm

REAR
- 265/40/18 (stock) diameter - 26.34 in/669.03 mm
- 275/40/18 diameter - 26.66 in/677.16 mm
- 285/35/18 diameter - 25.85 in/656.59 mm (I honestly think this would look really weird)
