wow...nope this is news to me.
Myself and small group of guys were westbound on 66 this morning around 915 am heading towards Rte 50 W / Stone Ridge Quote:

The thing is, the taxi driver would have been okay legally had he just stopped and called the cops, instead a hit and run will ruin his life...

Park, a passenger, exited the vehicle and walked into the middle of the interstate to vomit.
He wasn't the driver is correct. Soooooo why didn't his friends in the car stop him when they saw him walking the wrong way. Usually when I see things like that something inside me tells me to do something... |

I could see the ambulances from my spot in traffic... right where RT-7 merges onto 66-W. I was coming home from D.C. and traffic stopped promptly around 3am. I saw some people walking around the ambulances but that's all I could see. After waiting about 40 minutes in the traffic, people started to turn around on 66 and drive down the shoulder to drive down the Rt-7 onramp. HORDES of people. Basically a 2-lane blockade on 66-W, took about 7-8 hours to clean up all the body parts... just crazy.
 My roommate was friends with him and his GF, so tragic.

i was probably 100 yards away from this, i just reversed to the nearest exit which was rt 7.
