Arrow Akra X pipe W/ Gintani Sport Rear Section.

Hi, everyone. I have a Gintani Sport rear section. Does anyone know if i can mated it with the AKRA EVO x pipe?

Do i need some adpators? if yes, where can i buy it, and around how much for those?

I have never heard or seen anyone did a combination like this? Does it sounds weird? what about the performance?

Any input will be appreciated

Depends what you are looking for. The akrapovic xpipe is very expensive. But if price isn't a problem it's great. Or you can go with gintani to matchthe muffler

Just hit up Gintani (818)787-8260. Arno will get you an answer.
I'd be interested to see how this set-up sounds. I went with quad resonated Gintani X and it sounds mean! I would think the Akra may sound a bit tamer, maybe a bit tinny. Not sure if anyone has done this set-up???

+1 member tightie had the Gintani resonated x pipe with the akra. Sounded good, almost hard to describe. I still preferred the full Gintani setup, especially on the track (which is where I heard tightie's car) just because the full setup sounded like a race car and the first few laps if you were watching from the pits, you would always see people's head turn as the Gintani car went by. It was pretty sweet lol

You need the adapters to make it fit the non akra muffler, they were impossible to find when I was looking

They came with my EVO, but not sure if they were in the X-pipe box or slip on box. I have mine in the trunk.

Sorry. I'm thinking of going with Turner pipes and may need them.

Where did you get the Turner Pipes? i think they no longer make the pipes. I am also looking for a test pipe. but i don't think you need a adaptor for the test pipes.

They started making again. Macht Schnell also makes them, but they cost more.
