^ I like this prototype lip a lot. I think that if the final version utilized a more abrupt transition to a flat splitter like in the GTS and GT-2 cars, we would have a winner...

You are totally correct if the idea was to make a more exact rendition. Although, I am not a 100% huge fan of the BMW GTS design.

However, I really like the Challenge design MUCH better. It just seems to flow so much better IMHO...

I agree, there's something a bit off. I just think the GTS design just needs to make it all the way to each outside edge of the front apron to make it complete.

Hopefully the final version of the Challenge lip will get us there.

Will reserve my comments and judgment when the final production lip is made.

Yep, it was there, sans lip. The prototype was off so that the production mold could be made.

How is the front lip "way nicer in execution" than that of the GTS-R? Photos don't even exist of the car yet and if you're referring to the M3 GTS, I'm not sure how a small tuner shop could execute the piece better than the designers of the OEM lip. Anyhow, the lip doesn't really look like it flows with any of the body lines or provides aerodynamic benefit so hopefully the production version is an improvement on this.

You have a rough day at work or something? Sorry I messed up on the GTS vs. GTS-R reference.

You are certainly entitled to your own opinion on the Challenge design, but I happen to like it... Just my opinion...
