Advice on replacing tire

I have a puncture with a slow leak in one of my Yoko AD08 rears. Current setup is 275/30 front and 295/30 rear. Rears are worn to about 4/32, fronts still have 7/32s.

The puncture is on the edge of patchable IMO, possible to do but wouldn't make me comfortable using them for track days. Was considering just getting one new rear and shaving it to match the tread depth on the other side, but seems like a waste. Would only have 2/32nds of wear left before hitting the bars. I would do both rears but was hoping at some point to downsize a little to a 285 or 275 rear. I'd put the fronts back there but 275/30 would be too small (circumference)...

The money no object option is sell the fronts and start fresh with a new setup (want to try PSS since I am not going to the track as much as I expected.) I'd rather not spend that kind of cash esp since we are getting to the end of summer. Anything i am not considering?

Go with 2 rear AD08. You'll probably burn most of the 2nd set of rears before your fronts are gone, and then can go all 4 at once.
