World's Tackiest License Plate

So, Im sitting in traffic behind an $87,000 S63 AMG when I realized the dude's license plate said "WAS 87K". This is either one of your typical NJ douchebags trying to let the world know how much he spent on his car through the use of a vanity plate or it was just one hell of a coincidence

I'm guessing that is not a personalized plate... cuz $87k is not possible on a S63 without a salvage title

Cool, the fender didn't look quite right, but the other bits looked very Lotus.

Your car?

How do you like it?

Its my boss's car.

Its an awesome piece of machinery. It sounds and feels like your in a space ship. The 0-60 in 3.9 seconds aint bad either

Nice, I see a couple of them around from time to time, but I have not been able to 'examine' one yet.

I've seen quite a few here in SoCal. Here's one from last December in front of me on the Pacific Coast Highway.

Dengel, I guess that plate would have been a funny coincidence if it was on a cheaper car (It's a regular plate and not a personalized plate, of course.)

I should have done a little more research on pricing before I posted, although I did see some used for around that price. Yea, I knew it wasn't a vanity plate but I thought It was worth sharing

87K for used is not a stretch. To put it on a vanity plate is.....el douche'.

As I think about it, that is down right embarrasing. He is probably picking his nose in the photo.

08' S63. MSRP 134K and change. Asking 89K w/ 14K miles. The dealer probably gave the person around 78K on buy/trade.

I don't think it's a vanity plate. Just random.

^ That is what I thought, but jumped in anyway.

Think about it.

To put a used car price on your plate?

Sorry Mr.Driver I was wrong. I think you got weird plates from the DMV.

If you did do it....STOP picking your nose.

I think buying a car used would be the last thing I would show off if I was trying to be a baller
