remove mufflers

Hi m3 maniacs!! I have one of those, a m3 e92 dkg, last week I bought a Miltek exhaust but I am not happy with the sound, I am looking for something more racing. At the garage, the gay sugest me to remove the 4 central mufflers, and just keep the catalitics and the rear slip on miltek. What do you think about it? I am worried if it makes the car too loud.
Do you think will be better if we only remove the 2 last mufflers?

Sorry about my english

I appreciate your opinions

Removing the two resonators (you called them mufflers) probably aren't gonna get you the sound you're after. Being in Spain, you're probably limited to listening to youtube videos to see what you really want sound wise.

I'm assuming you mean the resonators and the secondary cats? If so then you can change to an x-pipe that keep the primary cats intact while removing the secondaries. I never heard of that exhaust so can't speak about it being too loud.

yes you can get an x-pipe to change those out. depending on how loud you want it, it may or may not be something you like. I have the Active exhaust and sosi x-pipe. It's loud but I can live with it.

Thanks for all the answers!
I think the best x pipe (quality/price) is the SOSI X PIPE, but I am worried if it gonna be to loud. So, my question is, how much noise I will get if I only remove the 2 resonators after de x pipe? Leaving the prim & sec cats and the rear slip on

Thanks for the translation, but I don't think you can broke an engine just removing the cats and resonators. I think the Sosi is the best way to get more aound from my position (milltek cat back and no resonators), and the cheapest way

Google translate is awesome!

Thanks to all for answers, also for the translations; but is better to reply in english because the translation of CATS they translate it as animal
I don't want to remove the primary cats to avoid the CEL; this is why I thought remove only the sec cats and the reaonators with the Sosi performance xpipe.
I have seen some videos at you tube with the sosi xpipe and original cat back and I think this is enough for me

I won't be that much louder with just an X-pipe, but it may rasp more, if that's what you're after.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
