this took a while to whittle down

making a new passenger side fuel pump sending cap so i can mount dual bosch 040 in tank pumps on -6 fuel lines

im going to have to get 120* -6 AN fittings to make things fit easier, still need to plumb 8g wiring for the pumps and 20g for the fuel sensor, but hey its a start

ok

i need to find an electrical bulk head to run my 8 gauge wiring to the pumps......

anyone know where to find one?

so two bosch 040 pumps CAN fit in a E36 tank with some thinking
im just going to run the lines from the pump to the bulkheads on the cap..... makes life easier fitting everything in there... making 10lbs of crap fit in a 8lb sack

still working on a holder for my fuel level sensor.... i think ill just budd off the bottom ring with some aluminum strap and make a little stand for its self out where its supposed to hang out at.

i didnt know if the camera was gonna make the car blow up from the gas fumes and something arcing in the camera..... but hey im still here
i know there is some poo-poo in the bottom of the tank. im still mocking things up..... that residual fuel in there will get mopped out and the bottom of the tank cleaned.
