Urethane Front Lip

Doesn't anybody make a urethane front lip for these cars? I can only seem to find carbon fiber. My car is a DD and the roads in Jersey blow so no way I'm dropping $500+ on a CF lip so it can get fucked up and crack.

I meant urethane construction so it is flexible. You know like bumper material.

vorsteiner used to make their lip in polyurethane. i wish the rep companies would make a lot of their lips in polyurethane. they look nice even unpainted since they have a matte black finish.

Yes PWC is semi--flexible and will not crack easily like FRP does.

PM sent!

Anything with woven fibers is not going tok be as flexible or durable as urethane. The purpose of the fibers is for strength and rigidity. I would classify the described material as basically a poor man's carbon fiber. Same basic concept. Woven fibers encapsulated with a plastic like substance.

the Porsche 911 Turbo's front lip is urethane exactly for its "flex' properties. Funny this is being mentioned....since this whole Carbon Fiber "phase", not even a urethane lip exists for the M3 anymore. I hope someone comes out with one, I'd totally get it for my future M3

no body make polyurethane front lip because they are expensive to make.

No one want to invest their money on the steel mold.
