52300 miles. Car is essentially not driven anymore; only occasionally on weekends since it's not on a battery tender. One owner car, zero accidents. Always maintained and serviced at BMW Dealerships with full records.

Competition Pack, Carbon Roof, Black Novillo, Premium Package, Tech Package, Navigation, Carbon Leather Trim.

Mechanically, car has never had any issues whatsoever. I do not track and have driven rather pedestrian since owning the car.

Exterior Paint / Interior Condition is not pristine, but in very good condition considering the age. Car has always been garaged and well taken care of inside and out.

Currently, the car sits with the following mods and they are the only ones that have ever been on the car:

Authentic Vorsteiner Carbon Vented Hood (1 sided)
Authentic Vorsteiner Carbon CSL Trunk (1 sided)
Vorsteiner V2 Diffuser (JLMotoring)
Mode Carbon GT4 Carbon Front Lip w/skid plate (cracked on one side toward bottom)
Gloss Black Kidney Grills, Mirror Caps, Side Markers
Lowered on Swift Spec R Springs
Meistershaft GT Exhaust with SR Connecting Pipes
3M Tint (30% on all windows except windshield)

Would like to sell as-is only and priced pretty firm. Car can be easily put back to stock and I will include all the OEM stock parts. I dont quite have the time or desire to put everything back to stock. My convenience is your gain, and I believe the price reflects that.

**Disclaimer**
The front brakes are just about due to be changed (rear pads and rotors have already been replaced by BMW of Riverside @ 50xxx miles). I am willing to take off $1000 off list price if you take care of that yourself, which is how much I paid to replace the rears to OEM spec. If not, I will be replacing it in due time.

I'm looking to purchase a house soon and can use extra cash for down payment. As I've mentioned, don't really have the time nor desire to put things back to stock or part out. For my convenience, I have priced the car accordingly.

If i must, I will part out and go the dealership/carmax route. Just want a quick and smooth sale to an enthusiast who will enjoy the car as much as I've had.
