Ease up guys, Brandon simply got a little defensive and overreacted a bit - no reason to respond to an old posting.

Keeping on topic, here's the alcantara wheel test-fitted on our M3:

Just added to the site:

Carbon Fibre Competition Steering Wheel - e9X

I have an all alcantara (pictured) and alcantara/fibre wheel in stock.

The steering wheel in that link doesn't look like the one u have pictured here. Will u have a 1x1 cf weave available? How much if I don't want to provide a core? Thx!

Link has been corrected.

We'll be making a run of 1x1 next for those that want the fibre option. For those that do not want to turn in their steering wheel, there is an applicable core charge.

For specific pricing on a custom setup, please feel free to PM me directly.

Wow, looks amazing. Is this based on the OE M3 steering wheel. Reason I ask is that I ordered a similar one a few months ago and it belonged to a E83, a larger a much hevier steering wheel that does not meet my needs.

It's based from the M-Sport wheel, since it is completely stripped/reformed anyway. The wheels are not as bulky as the M3, and the trigger grips offer an aggressive feel.

Core charges are used on lots of remanufactured items like steering racks, alternators, etc.

With the Competition wheels, it's a direct exchange since we're providing a new wheel. You would either turn in your old one within 30 days or forfeit the core refund.
