I saw that commercial and have had similar plans to do that for my dad someday with his departed 1966 GTO.

Like in the video the memories of our 535is are unforgettable the car has taken us from coast to coast of this wonderful part of the world. We keep restoring her and I think we never ever sell her.

Great videos, that is the bond of a true auto enthusiast that some people can never understand. Its more than just a car to get from point A to B, its the emotions or memories that are invoked when we are with them.

I'm fortunate to see my first BMW (e28 assembled in 1987 it is a 535is ~ just a step below the then M5 both my daughter and I keep her fit with normal replacement parts, fenders bumpers etc. she still looks in great shape for her almost 25 years) here and then when our daughter comes to visit us

I think I found the one that will be a keeper for me now (having gone thru 4 other BMW's in just 2 years) in my now e92 my first new one since 1999. I guess I'm luckey on two counts
