This wait is KILLING ME

My dealer was supposed to get my ED E92 M3 yesterday but no word.

Keep checking my phone every 5 mins to see if there's a text from my broker saying that my car is here.

I find it deeply ironic that the 2 1/2 months of waiting was a lot easier than these last 2 days.

Sorry - just needed to vent.

Geez I thought this was for the new F82 M4. E92? lol

Trust me you can wait.

Not only that it will cost you another $9000 out of pocket to get it looking halfway decent.

Its all good!!!! Just giving you a hard time.

I read that some dealers are taking orders on the F80 M3. Not sure if its true or not.

Unfortunately my wait was closer to 4 months.

i actually refused to wait for my M3. if i had to order i would get another car that i could find on the lot.

At least you got to see your car and drive it. Most have to order it then wait and rely on trying to track the ship and call the the 1800 number everyday.

ED is such a blessing and a curse at the same time. I think my own 6 week wait may have been easier if I didn't get to drive it on the Autobahn first...

Yeah, the waiting was the only bad experience buying my M3. Try to focus on some other problem or hobby in your life just to pass the time. If you got a garage, clean it. Just stay busy until it gets here.

Mine too

For some reason mine sat at the Germany VPC for 2 weeks before it got on to a ship. I couldn't tell you how anxious/pissed/impatient I was

I placed my order on May 7th... for the past 14 days it has said "en route" to US... when I called this morning the recording said it was still in a German port with no ship assigned....WTF! The wait is pissing me off.. I actually made plans this August around when I would have the car...I should have known better. Next time I'm buying off the lot...less stress!
