1st post - 1st M3

Just a quick hello from a new member and proud M3 owner. I've been lurking on the board for months and finally decided to order my M3 back in February.

It's been a long wait, but my M3 finally arrived last Friday. It's a Jet Black 6MT with the following options:
- Black Novillo Leather
- ZCP
- Rear Spoiler Delete
- Moonroof
- Heated Seats
- Carbon Leather Trim

I took a couple of snapshots of the car the way it came off the truck. I asked the dealership not to touch the car since I was going to wash/detail it myself. The paint looked surprisingly good and there were only a few scuff marks which came out easily.

Planned mods:
- Cosmetic package on the way (black grill/side markers/reflectors)
- Window tint
- Considering spacers and exhaust mod

The first impressions so far are fantastic. The car is absolutely awesome and I'd imagine that it only gets better after the break-in period.

150 miles down and 1050 to go.

Congrats on your 1st M3 and welcome to the forum

The break-in period is painful but you'll survive and then the fun begins

Jet Black and Black Int, my old color combo on my E36. Looks gorgeous when it's clean. PITA to keep it looking like that. Congrats!!!

It's not shown when you configure the car on BMW's site, so you pretty much have to know that it's an option. The code is "326".

Maybe it's just the pictures, but ride height looks high. Check for shipping blocks.
