Comfort access?

I have it with my E60 and it is fantastic.Is it available on the M3?

I got the last one for my July 2011 M3. Sorry. They are completely out now.

The M3's Comfort Access seems to hit or miss. Many complain that it works sometimes, and it doesn't other times.

Agreed. For me the open works 99%. The close on the other hand. I feel like a tard standing there fiddling with the handle. It'll usually take eventually but gotta do alot of rubbing.

Btw in the sedan only the front doors have it. So if you're loading something in the back seat you'll have to grab the front handle first or use your fob.

Have it on both my M3 and 528xi. Like others said, the M3 doesn't work 100% and the back doors (E90) aren't included.

My 528xi Comfort Access is 100% flawless and works on all 4 doors. Love it.

Oddly enough mine's worked 100% for 2 years until today - maybe it's the battery. It only failed to unlock once, though. I love it! Also ordered it on my 335d DD.

Love the Comfort access.. got my car back in aug 2010.. since then my comfort access was hit or miss.. Found out it was my Tint. I got the new tint with the Metal lines that helps with cars that have antenna, but with the comfort access it blocks it .. BMW NA was kind enough to point it out and fix it cost me 150 to remove my old tint and get a regular 3m with out the metal lines and all good 100%.

No back door comfort access for previous E60 owners is a real adjustment for the first 3 months, especially if you have kids.

I have it and it works only when it wants to. I also felt like a tard more than once, which btw, it always happens when other people are looking at your nice ride.
So, I don't use it anymore.
