Take it easy there in the rain. When you crest the hill on the Bridge Straight - stay left with steering straight ahead. Do NOT crest the hill with steering input. If you feel yourself tracking out right immediately as the suspension settles - your steering isn't quite straight.
There was a very serious incident there last weekend. |

Hey you know I'll be there, bringing a friend too. Do you want to caravan?
And yes, bridge straight must be handled with care, many fast cars can get a bit of air if you're really going for it. No worries, I'll point you around. The great thing about Shenandoah is that from the bridge you can see 90% of the track, great for watching and learning. I've done an event in the rain there, I was hoping for a bit of dry weather this time around.

Have fun and be careful. The cement jersey barriers are very close to the track on that course.
I have drifted the shenandoah circuit many times, but never done a grip event there. the picture of my black nissan s14 drifting in my sig is from a drift event on the Shenandoah circuit.

Allright, I have some videos from the event, will try to edit/post later.
My best lap was a 1:48 on 265/285 RS-3, 1:51 on stock PS2.

i tried to calculated thru video, i think my best is 1:55 based on looking at few laps in the available footage, but i dont have the Day 1 session 4 video where i had my best laps and i was solo. Stupid go pro battery.
I also didnt stay for the 4th session on Sunday, didnt want to risk it on the track. look at my video of the first part of 3rd session, very slippery. Edit: Best Lap 1:51:2
