BMW CASC Race School April 26 & 27

Wow, the April 26 & 27 BMW CASC Race School was FANTASTIC! The event ran in conjunction with BMW Trillium Club's advanced driving track sessions but we had dedicated instructors and school room.

The 2 days were amazing and an outstanding learning experience. Going into the school I could not imagine how the exercises were going to be realistic enough to provide the challenges associated with racing situations. Having completed the school I can report the exercises were extremely useful, completely realistic and very safe. The course content and handouts were excellent. Allan’s teaching combined with the instructor’s on-track assistance made for an amazing and educational weekend.

Thank you for a great experience.

Here is a video from one of our students during the "mock race".As an instructor this school was one of the most fun things I have done ontrack in years. The students who came out of this school will be extremely well prepared for going real racing. From my seat they are a very talented group!

Love the feedback on the race school guys. I spoke to a couple of guys there as well about it and I think it is something I want to try out. This is the next level for me and I am a little nervous and excited to try it out.

Can you take a road car or does it need to be a caged car?

A road car is fine for this school. You will have a great time as it will expose you to a totaly different viewpoint on lapping & passing. This school is only for people that already have lots of track experience. I wish that I had gone to a school like this before I started racing as I would have been much better prepared.

I think it's something I would love to do this or next year.
