Does frozen paint scratch easier?

I dont think they scratch easier because it doesnt show spider web scratches or swirls. I say fix the scratch and wrap the entire car with satin guard.

Just out of curiosity where did it happen so i know to avoid spots like this?

Sorry to hear. Repaint, then put Satin Guard as someone mentioned earlier. Manufacturer of Satin Guard just set up a distribution site here in the USA -
