E90 Service History

New here to the forum and trying to find an E90. Found what I thought was a great deal, but wondering if it is too good to be true. I was able to get a picture of the service history, and a couple of the items are of concern to me.

Should I run away or are these all typical items? Thanks!

Yep doesnt look bad.

Battery needed to be changed since the car was barely driven. It happens a lot

Awesome, that makes me feel better. The car is in Houston and I am in Chicago, so want to be sure. The rear differential item was a bit worrisome - I searched here and didn't find anything on that being typical. Also, the misfire/acceleration sensor seemed atypical.

It is at a BMW dealer, so wringing my hands over whether or not to find a different source to do a PPI.
