So I just recently moved. My family has been having problem with the neighbor. He basically lets his dog loose without a leesh or supervision in front of our yard at 12am so they could take care of their business on our yard. We have confronted our neighbor about the situation because one of them almost attacked my dad and he ran into the house. They basically told us to call the cops if that happens. Again few weeks later the dogs are loose again after the dog was done crapping on my yard which I saw the owner came out of their house not to clean up the mess but to see if the dogs were done. I was still in my house and asked the owner if that was his dog which obviously was and he ignored me nd walked back to his house. What can I do legally from this point on. Please helpwith legal advice thanks
