I plan to pick one up in 2-3 years for ~$60k. This one looks nice, but they all do. People care for these cars.
EXACTLY my thought ive been looking also, as i want to pick one up in early 2010. I was seeing prices of 90k with 5k miles on 07's 8 months ago, before the economy got even worse!...

You should be able to pick one up for very high 70's or low 80's. 90k is not a steal.

Also gosh ive never seen a rs go for 90k? where do you see this?

I plan to pick up an 07 next year for low 70's well c.

Garage List
Houston P dealer sold a 997 GT3 with 20K miles for $72K. A GT3RS with 29K miles went for $99K on Rennlist...wish I had some spare cash!! It's ugly out there for sellers.

Why? These cars are meant to be driven not stared at in your driveway.

^^Seriously, that's really hard to believe. This is exactly what I'm in the market for, but the prices will drop soon when the mk2 is released in the US.

Like I said I'm trying to help my buddy sell his car. If you check out 6speed there are similar cars with ALOT less options that are going for 85-100k for stock GT3. The ones that are asking between 85-90k are pretty close to base models. No navi, interior stitching, chrono, heated seats, etc. Well he is in no hurry or needs to sell the car. The reason he is considering selling is because he wanted to start up a new project that is why I posted this thread and maybe there is someone out there who would might consider a trade or buy.

A side note about this thread: Normally, we would move posts that are not related to the M3 out of this section, but I am leaving this one here because there is a potential trade proposition.

Some people actually DO have MONEY to spend, believe it or not, to have Cup Tires and Roll Cages and not track it. He built it the way he wanted it. At least this guy has taste in mods unlike some gaudy exotics I've seen

He would consider for a coupe plus cash or open to other offers. He pretty much would like to start on a new project car.

Just so you guys know 90% of the GT3s out there are equipped w/ MPSC from Factory. Mine came with Pirelli Corsa before I switch to NT01 & R888.

The GT3 stock wheels came with the same MPSC tires. SO if decided to take car stock you will be getting same tires.
