i got one a few weeks ago and used it at a track day.
1st couple of times I mounted it inside on the back window. That was ok.

Then I experimented with the suction cup outside. It worked great in all locations but i used the non-waterproof housing.....picture quality was great but all you hear is wind noise.
I will only use the waterproof housing from now on!

Hanging from the sun-roof. Bad on a bright day due to the light contrast

how fast? the manual says below 100mph use the open door and over 100mph use the closed door

the run i have in mind i only get up to about 80 tops so i will use the open for best sound i think but i will try it both ways.

i want to do one with it on the rear bumper so you can hear the muffler as it is going away like a member did hear then i will do one with it on the front bumper so you can see the cool twisties etc. to bad i don't have connects with the popo so i could close the road for a few min lol
