White Calipers with ///M Decals ***PICS***

Well...I did it! Many said not to because of the brake dust and how dirty they will be, but I thought it would look great. Worst case scenario, I can repaint them for a couple hundred bucks!

Here are some pics of the process...final pics will be posted when my 20" 360 Forged wheels go back on, hopefully this weekend.

They came out better then I thought they would

***For those wondering, the hole in the middle of the front caliper was covered with a vinyl (hopefully it will last). at first I didnt fill the hole with anything, and the ///M decal looked stupid over an open hole, so we put a clear vinyl and then painted over it. We will see how it holds up against the heat!

Look very nice? M3 Logo is nice.
Spray paint calipers can it cause any problem? such as seal up?

If there is no problem, I will like to get it done.

Slammed originally was going to do either red (to match his FR interior) or black - when he said white I wasnt sure how it would look. When I saw them in person they look really nice. Pics dont do it justice!

Clean them as often as I clean my rims (daily)

your call..depends on what color wheels you have...and what color your interior is (especially if you dont have tinted windows)

Not sure how hard it is to get calipers off, but my body shop doesn't have actual mechanics or technicians, this is how they always do it. They did the exact same work on a Rolls Royce Drophead a couple months ago!

No, they are not!!

I did it next to an SL 55 AMG, and we put it the same direction...which is the same direction Brembo and Porsche is as well.

Still think its upside down?

Subscribed. I aslo want to see the final product with wheels. I am also interested in painting mine. I just can't justify $$$ks for a BBK that probably will never see track time. I got an estimate from a shop here in OC...they were asking $1,200. It seemed like a rip-off so I am seriously considering doing this myself unless I find a local shop for a few hundred bucks.
