Power outlet under dash?

Just wondering if you guys have a power outlet under/to the left the glove box? I just replaced that plastic panel under there, and noticed what looks like a hole for a power outlet, but there's nothing to put in there

I believe it depends on year but on most of the later years had it removed and there's just an empty hole.
