Fyi: roll windows up

This is probably in the manual. A few weeks ago, I forgot that I could roll the windows down with the Key FOB by holding the unlock button down. But I didn't know how to them up with the FOB. So, tonight I learned how (I know ReRTFM).

For others like me who skimmed through the manual, just keep your finger on the finger sensor.

Cheers

***"finger sensor" only if you have CA...

if not, you have to get it coded, which actually works better IMO...

Not in the USA. Folks are quick to sue, so they can only do that via a recode.

Mine roll up and down with the keyfob and by touching the sensor on the door handle (CA) since brand new. So I guess mine came like that from the factory.

I know that is the reason why we don't have remote roll up windows in USA but REALLY, comon..whoever sued and got us there should be expelled from society. I hope he/they never enjoyed the money they got.

perhaps if the driver leaves vehicle and activates the window roll up with the key and ends up rolling windows on their childs hands? i dont know, americans will find a way to sue for everything.

So you can get this coded? Corner lights too? Sick. Didn't know any of this. Thanks for posting. Mine only roll up with the CA on the door handle. Going to the dealer this week.

What's up with my girl's 2011 328i X-drive not having the angel eyes on while driving during the day? Can this get coded or something? They only turn on and off when locking and unlocking the car.

Sorry if this is a little off topic.

Yup, you learn about that and a lot of other fun convenience features (like automatically tilting the passenger side mirror down when you shift into reverse) when you
