P0037 H02S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

My 'service engine soon' light has started coming on for a day or so, then it goes off for a day or so, and repeats. There is No 'Increased Emissions' message though. I checked the code, and it reads:

P0037 H02S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

I had both Post Catalytic Oxygen Sensors replaced last year.

Does anyone have an idea what might cause this?
