Swissvax Blau Weiss on a 2011 M3 CV JZ-BLK

I tried for the first time the Swissvax Blau Weiss wax on my 2011 E93 M3 jerez black and the results were awesome, this is a great product, expensive but worth it all the way! see some pictures after one thin layer of wax

Incredible! Great work on the detail, and for capturing the slight blue of JB so well in your pics.

Looks good! I just applied Blau-Weiss to my car as well. It's my favorite wax!

Also, try applying it with your hands. It really absorbs into the paint a lot better. Did you use cleaner fluid prior to the wax?

Thanks for the tip
I used the swissvax cleaner fluid regular prior to the wax, it really makes the surface much softer for the wax application

Looks really good. You have to somehow incorporate using a clay bar every so often too, if you are not doing so yet.

claying is in my books the absolutely most important stage, not only does it enhance the finish, but it also makes the polishing and waxing stage much easier and much safer. ( less chance of swirling and holograms).

and it actually quite fun!

how does that wax compare to the SV mirage? I just got it but I havent tried it yet myself.

looks real good!

I havent tried the SV mirage, which one did you order, the blau weiss or the mirage?

that looks awesome i just have two questions though:
1. did you buy just the regular cleaner fluid? swissvax has different potency for the cleaner fluid so which is best to get and what size considering you have to use it on the entire car right?
2. if your car has swirl marks and such is ok to wax your car still or is it better to get a polish in first with a professional detailer?

A proper application of cleaner fluid and wax should take around 3-4 hours.

250mL is enough for 10 cars.

cleaner fluid and wax works fine! polishing is for appearance, and has no effect on protection.

Just as Scheerspeed mentioned, it took me 3 hrs but that was including claying the surface before applying the cleaner fluid
A month ago I applied the wax without claying it and it didnt come out as good as this time, it really helps claying the surface before applying the cleaner and the wax, I strongly recommend it
