anyone else car make 4 random beeps while driving?

Every time I drive my car lately it will do 3 short beeps and 1 long one over the stereo at random times and I have no idea what it is. Any ideas?

Hourly chime? Check your iDrive and disable the hourly chime if it is on...

its probably the speed warning option in idrive under settings.

I believe its called 'hour memo' or something to that effect? You want it unchecked; also annoyed the hell out of my until I figure out what was causing the beeping...

yeah it's driving me insane, every time it happens i feel like something is wrong with my car.... going to check it later when i get back in my car, thanks guys
