Whoa. LOL. The Shiekh does have a point. Volk Wheels are one of the best. I chose a different wheel because I like the way it looked and the company is no joke either, but Volks are top-notch.

Ah. I just read through some of the specs you later listed, I didn't realize the Volks were 19s.

Nice looking car, nice wheels.

Gorgeous car though.
You meant to say "look cheap" right? You're entitled to your opinions on how a wheel looks, but to call a 10,000TON forged wheel "cheap" is just ignorant.

Just wanted to let you know that I believe the expensive forged BBS wheels are all made in Japan.

It won't rub so I can definitely tuck the rears with a drop. I won't be able to with the front especially once I put the lip on.

The wheels looks GREAT!!

BUT...
The taller OD tires makes the wheel look smaller, making the wheel/tire set up out of place.
You should stay near stock diameter sized tires and drop it, for the looks & performance.

just my 0.02.

+1, all the BBS forged rims are made in Japan, this includes the RE, RE-R, RS-GT, RGR, LM, LM-R, etc etc

Only the cast rims are made in Germany, like the CH

I posted this in the other thread, but I did stick to near stock diameters when you run the numbers. The choice was a 30 or a 35 series if you go 30 you are smaller than stock and 35 you are larger than stock. I ended up removing .2" of sidewall up front and adding .3" of sidewall in the back so there is a .5" difference in sidewall height when compared to the OEM 18" tires. I would have preferred a 265/35, but I was confident it would rub the fender liners, and I believe it would have after looking at clearances now. I can snap a shot showing you how close I am to rubbing now. The tire options are fewer with a 285/30 so that is why I went 285/35 in the back. I wasn't going for a I have big wheels look at me look of running low profile tires and big wheels. Heck if people think they are 18" that is fine with me. I didn't want 20"s or 21"s. I love them, and I hope someone else gives these sizes a shot.

The blue stickers look very nice with the Lemans blue. Its like the car is wearing matching outfits. The Te37s are one of the best looks for the e92 imo. Definitely a possible candidate for my M.
