PG lists between 312 to 363 on DynoJet for stock cars.

It's safe to assume that although dyno variability (operator) is a very relevant factor, each car is unique and will have variances in whp from the factory as well.

It's a bit like herding cats without a baseline for each specific car

same setup here, plus pulley and filter (and spacers). I must say I could not be happier with this balanced set of mods! The pulley adds a touch of "punchy-ness", kind of like hitting the sport button, and working together with the full exhaust and the Akra specific tune, she's a bucking bronco that just loves to be ridden hard (and put to bed tired). It took a few hundred miles for the tune to "settle" in - I did the tune about a month after the exhaust - but it now performs exactly how I have always wanted my M3s to perform. And of course the sound rocks. 11 years of M3 driving and this one keeps me grinning at all times.
