High RPM 1st to 2nd gear grind

Whoa! When it pops out of gear by itself, that's bad.

The 1-2 synchronizers are reinforced with carbon fiber on the M3. It's either a defect or abuse if its grinding with a normal shift.

another member complained of this and i literally went to his house, drove his car, and voila! quick 1-2 shifts with break in traction (damn tc kicked in yo!) but no grinding.

mine pops out out of the blue...but i think that is more from not engaging quite 100% since you do have to lightly gear in.
