Picked up my first M3 last night - a 2008 Jerez Black DCT coupe, 19K miles, Competition package, Black Novillo Extended Leather with Carbon Leather interior trim for 47k last night.
Good deal? I thought I got a pretty good deal seeing that all other 2008 in my area were priced much higher with much more miles. |

Anyhow I think if you got 47k OTD its a good deal. If its not, its not too great, but then again not really a complete rip. Thats my opinion |

just picked up my 4dr m3 sedan. Silver on light gray leather(I think it is called novilo)
I got it for 43.5k. 2008, 12k miles, has most options, except 19in wheels, parking sensors, and sunroof. I will post pics later. Looks like I got a pretty good deal. Was purchased from a gentleman who was in his 60's |

This maybe useful to somebody - I have a 2009 fully loaded m3 coupe with dct and carbon roof, white (only two options it doesn't have are extended leather and parking sensors).
Went to carmax today and they offered 49k for it. The car is in excellent condition, 19k mikes and new tires and warranty until March 2013. What do you guys think? Should I try to take it to another dealership? is it a good price? I was hopimg for an offer well into the 50s. |

We are doing an ED this summer for a 335ix coupe and having already two more cars we need to downsize a bit. Plus I may want to look at the M5 next year
I don't have any dealer connections though for financing Doesn't penfed have 2.49% financing these days? |

I looked for an M3 in California for about 2 months and could not find M3s with the prices people in forums have bee quoting.
I was looking for a 2009 E92 DCT <25k miles fully loaded and did not see prices lower than 52k before taxes/fees. Hopefully things have turned around recently... |

Where do you find your cars? Edmunds.Autotrader.com and Cars.com? Am I missing information somewhere? |

http://www.chevyontheblvd.com/Vehicl...-PA/1094628183 2009 DCT Sedan. Nicely loaded. Never drove it because I wanted a 6spd, but you can probably get this car for 49,000 or just below. It has sat a month of so. Car is in Philly. |

Just to update my post - I was offered $52k from another large local dealer. So I think this is probably the best I will get unless I go private party and spend sometime on it.

one who was at 44k, had 16k miles. I was ready to buy that one, and a few days before, he backed out, saying his wife did not want to sell to out of state buyers. I actually found this on swap a lease. I had to assume the lease, then turn around and buy it from bmw financial services. Although, it is a longer process, you can get a better deal. Most 2008 on swap a lease will have a current buy out of low to mid 40 range. |

I found mine on autotrader.com. Under $50K with ~24.6K miles. Fully loaded except headlight washer and rear sunshade. 6mt. In December 2010.

I basically checked CL, autotrader, ebay, cars.com, forums about 5 times a day. In the end, finally found one at a shady used car dealership, had to bring friends to inspect it real long, checked carfax/experian, brought it to a local reputable indy shop inspected before i bought the car.
