M3 Settings

Anyone have information or details about the settings for the car?

What's the M button "supposed" to do? EDC? Comfort, sport, Sport plus.

I know what the manual says, but it's well - short and missing in details.

I know there's gotta be some stuff around here that really spells it all out?

It is a macro button.

It just allows multiple settings to be called up at the press of a button, and returned to the previous setting with another press.

My setup:

Start car:

DSC ON, POWER SPORT, EDC NORMAL, STEERING NORMAL

Press M button:

DSC MDM, POWER SPORT+, EDC SPORT, STEERING SPORT

Press M button again:

DSC ON, POWER SPORT, EDC NORMAL, STEERING NORMAL

You can set it to whatever you like!

Please correct me if I am wrong on these and/or fill in the blanks?

MDM?

DSC = Dynamic Stability Control?
Controls how the car response to slip angles and slides.

EDC = Electronic Damping Control?
Controls the stiffness of the ride

MDM, M Dynamic Mode, is an intermediary DSC setting, in which the computer allows some wheel spin and tail sliding.

You really should read your manual.
