Rims : Under 20 lb's , 18 inch , no SPACERS

Im looking at getting a set of 18 inch rims and putting on some track only tires.

Does anyone know of any brand that makes an 18 inch mag, under 20 pounds with no spacers needed?

** edited to change to no spacers and not no offset **

Volk & BBS make 18" wheels under 20lbs. I don't know if they do for our cars though.

I was looking for 18s wheels for the track use only and I am thinking of either the d-force ltw5 or MT1.

that should help. http://bmw.pencilgeek.org/WheelsDB.html

What dose no offset mean ?

Those wheels would better be in the region of 8.0"/9.0" F/R or less if you don't want them rubbing with any decent size rubber, but why would you want to go on the track with tiny wheels?

0 offset means they will stick way out, unless they are skinny wheels.

I have RS110's ( RAC monolites) that weigh under 19 lbs ( haven't weighed them in a while) new in the box. They are 9.5's with offset of 35. These can easily be adapted with proper spacers to fit the E9xM3 for track use. They aren't budget wheels but are the best you can buy. 8000ton forging built as a dedicated track wheel for the E46M3. We built hundreds and never had a single issue. I ran them extensively on the track with slicks under extreme conditions.

PM me if interested

The 18x9.5 et35 RS110's weighed 18.5 pounds on my certified weight scale...

The RS110's with a 12mm spacer and 265/40/18 tire up front would be perfect.

Out back, a 20mm spacer and 265/40/18, 275/40/18, or even 285/35/18 tires would be an awesome track setup on the E9x M3's.

Ok I said it wrong I want the aftermarket Rim to fit in like the stock 18s or 19s without spacers. I dont want to be playing around with spacers at the track when changing my Rims for the track rims.

I want to just take off my 19s and put in my track 18s with no spacers.

I'm using the MT-1s but in the 18x10 et 25 with 275/35 tires. Front offset is good but rears need 5 or 10mm. This wheels are a perfect low cost track wheel IMO.

Good luck!
