You can replace the ashtray with this:

www.ebay.com/itm/251504125139

I stuck 3 switches, a V1 display, a V1 remote unit, and a BT headset in there.

Just wait till the motors start crapping out and they get stuck open.

Hopefully they've gotten better, but my friend was swapping the motors out on his every 6 months or so a few years back on his WRX.

If you get a rear diffuser piece it will make the tips look perfect.

Bringing this thread back to life

Anyway, how and where did you run the wires for the switch. as in how'd you get them into the cabin and what power source did you splice into?

My guess is to run up towards the transmission and up into the shifter assembly. From there you can tuck it under the centre console to where you'd like.

I thought I would add to this thread instead of starting a new one.

I ordered DHM cutouts and hope to get them added in the next few weeks. Has anyone tried to use the EDC button? I don't have that option, so it seems like a nice option. Also, does anyone know a good exhaust shop in the Atlanta area that would be willing to do this mod?
