What do multiple tire marks in a parking lot have to do with his story? And with a snowbank in front of the cars? Do those tire marks belong to either of those cars or were they there already? What do you propose CSI would say?

Why would you guys key him or slash his tires. Big deal, spit on his car as well. This shit is so childish. What if the dude comes when you are slashing his tires or keying his car. It would result in a bad situation which could have been avoided.
