Chevy Tahoe 30+ gains from intake

So I was talking to my one friends and i was telling him that he should get a intake for his truck. Well he took my advice and went to autozone and got all supplies. I asked him if he noticed anything differently. He said yes indeed. He said his 0-60 went from 14 seconds to 9 seconds..knowing that's complete bull, I asked what he thought he gained from the intake. He said "well my "truck" stock is 285hp, and it's about 325hp to 330hp now" any thoughts? I thought this was hilarious

Reminds me of the scene in Fast and Furious 1 where 'the mad scientist' explains that if they just "lengthen the injector pulse", the front wheel drive Maxima in front of them will run 9 second quarters. If an intake dropped his 0-60 time by 5 seconds, VTEC must really be kicking in. Lol.

Probably those stick on side vents. Helps with aerodynamics. Skull shift knobs help with quicker shifts too.

Well he's got a diesel tip(3hp) cherry bomb muffler (?hp) PVC piping intake with spectra filter (35hp) light bar on roof for aerodynamics. And steel Chevy emblem (13hp)
