Thanks guys! I've been getting a lot of questions on the mileage and the "effective rate" of $640 p/m

Basically the way to think about it is that I'm paying you upfront for the miles you may or may not drive. So for example if you drive less than ~6,500 miles a year for the remainder of this lease, you do not have to buy extra miles at lease end so you get to keep the whole discount to MSD I'm giving you. The monthly payment in this case works out to be ~$597

On the other hand if you drive 10K miles per year, you have to pay for extra miles, in this case, the effective monthly payment goes up to $640 because you'll be paying ~$1k to top up miles. Below is a table that shows the approx. monthly cost and the effective payment:
