~~ 20" BBS LM DBK's on my Melbourne Red e92 M3 ~~

Hey Guys,
So I've been looking around for the perfect set of wheels for my car for a while now and I think I finally found them. I'm relegating my 18" Volk TE37sl's to track/winter duty now.

I think the wheels definitely complete the look I'm going for. I'm going to get a front lip/splitters after the winter time, but not much else.

It's hard to capture how amazing these wheels look in person, but I tried.

Wheel specs:
BBS LM DBK
20x9 et15 front
20x10.5 et 15 rear

Nice house. Something doesn't look right about the car..it definitely needs a lip immediately. Should have went with red centre caps!

Drop dead gorgeous. This is definitely still the color I would have gone for if my S.Graph didn't fall on my lap. She's perfect! I would do CF splitters and that would totally finish the car off perfectly.

Thanks, yea they are slightly odd looking, but they have great wet and dry traction, are pretty light, have a 280 tread life, reasonably priced, and are very quiet.

I would definitely be down for an LM photoshoot, my house's driveway may be too small for 5 M's but I'd definitely be up for another location

I'm getting a lip after the winter. I'm thinking either splitters or a gts style lip. Challenge would be great, but its too low for me (I daily drive my car).

Thanks a lot! Yea I thought of the red center caps. I may end up ordering some and trying them out. I think the black ones make the wheels have a cleaner look whereas the red may look "slapped on." Also, a lot of guys with replica BBS's use the red caps.

Thanks bro. I sold it because I barely ever opened the valves. I live in a super quiet area of Jersey and the valves open on a red M3 attracts a ton of attention.

thank you! I think the 255 fronts and 20x10.5" et15 rears are necessary for the right stance.

thanks! I wouldn't get rid of the mirror covers, the flow way too well with the roof and I think they set off the car with the subtle amount of cf.

Yea I think Melbourne Red is the MOST underrated color for our cars. I would go as far as to say it is the best non-individual color available. Yea I'm really leaning towards the splitters over other lip options.

thanks! yea, I have never seen them on a MR car, but I took a gamble and it definitely paid off. I think DBK is the way to go. the color difference in person is much more subtle than it looks in pictures. BTW I'm definitely up for an LM shoot as I said earlier
