wheel fitment for e90 m3 ? question help

hi everyone

i m new (used ) owner of a 2009 bmw m3 4dr

i have a few questions about the wheel fitment

i see many here using 18x 9.5 + 22 offset front , 18x 10.5 + 22 offset rear (volks wheel)

i want do 18s also , but question is 18 x 10.5 + 22 offset ( with rs3 285 18 30) rear will this fit flush ? or does this require spacer ? rolling the rear fenders?

if not flush

can i do 18 x 11 +18 offset rear ( if i m doing the math correctly , thats only about 10mm wider then 18 x 10.5 + 22 offset)

so the final question is if i m using 18 x 9.5 + 22offset front ( w/ rs3 18 35 265) and 18 x 11 + 18 offset rear ( w / rs3 18 30 285 ) will this fit ?

please help . thank you so much

265/35/18 in the front will be good. I recommend 285/35/18 in the rear.

I have the same offset Volks and run those sizes in the NT-05 with no issues.

18x11 +18 sounds pretty aggressive.

+1...18x11 +18 is way too aggressive - 10 mm is ~0.4"! I believe you need an offset of +25-30 to make an 11" wide wheel fit on the rear. The 9.5 et22 and 10.5 et22 wheels are already a lot more aggressive than stock.

Not positive about the e90 but there is no fender to roll on the e92 - I think it's the same for the e90.

18x11 +18 will sit nice and flush. I have a e90 m3 too with 18x9.5 +12 and 18x10.5 +12 with 265/35 and 285/35 Michelin PSS. I did some calculations and your 18x11 +18 wheels will sit exactly where mine are but will probably fit better since your 285 will stretch just a tad on the 11 vs my 10.5. I rub very little, nothing to fuss about. It's mainly on the plastic fender lining where the bumper and body meet. Easily fixed with a dremel. No one will be the wiser.

depends on your tire choice. i do rub, but very very little. since the front fenders are plastic i will probably just dremel off about 2-3mm of the inside fender lip to get rid of it. but it doesn't really bother me. to me the michelin pss looks to have a rounder sidewall than other brands so your results may vary. i running about -2.3 degree camber front and -2 rear.

difficult to say since i dont have any experience with rs3's. i would just go with 265. 255/35 will be smaller in OD, 265/35 is already smaller in OD by 0.4" from stock.
