Harrop Engineering Big Brake Kit installed
Hi from Australia. I recently fitted this BBK and could not be happier with the result. The car is a daily driver with occasional track use. Harrop is an Australian company that has been involved in Motorsport for over 60 years and enjoys a great reputation. The cost of a kit was an issue with premium brands like brembo due to freight charges, taxes and our current exchange rate. After lots of research I decided on these and would not hesitate to recommend.
6 piston 15" calipers front and 4 piston 14" rears. Short slidehsow follows |

Looks good! Let us know how they perform.
What was the final price difference between these and a brembo kit in Australia?

Looks great. Track performance aside, any noticeable improvement in daily driving? Pedal feel or stopping power?
Thanks.

Locally these are $2500.00 less than Bembos. Cost of imported goods in Australia is very high. An M3 here costs just under $200k new. For daily use they are very progressive and feel solid. They feel like OE in normal use but you can feel a big difference in heavier application. Pedal travel is the same as OE. Still early days. I have a track event next month which will put them to the test |
