Dude you are not getting it. The middle part of the muffler is not even opened in this method of modding. Pipes or exhaust is not even entering the middle of the exhaust. Therefore you will not be taking the stuffing out just for the sake of taking it out and having to cut open the middle for absolutely nothing. For all intents and purposes this mod basically "deletes" the middle of the exhaust and it is simply there to support the two ends which are the "muffler

Pulled the trigger on this today! Why not for the money as it sounds great. Problem is I like the OEM sound and the black edition tips I have which neither I want to give up so the oem mods are the only ones I believe I would ever live with anyway so this is a good plan. Interested to see the comparo between the different oem mods

This sounds really good. Sounds like my oem which I modded in the "traditional" way, only a bit louder and more aggressive. I think modding the oem exhaust is the way to go.

I'm running a Challenge Race Xpipe with 4 total resonators and oem muffler. Its Raspilicious...my guess is doing this mod would make it even MORE so. Curious to hear what this sounds like completely CATLESS. ;-)

I swung by their ship today and all I have to say is that the shop is fantastic and this mod sounds incredible in person. Now all I need is for my car to actually be built and shipped from Germany so I can put this modded exhaust on.

Thanks to ACM-Not sure who all helped me out and did my muffler but to all of you thanks for the quick service and great product. I posted a review but wanted to confirm for anyone on the fence this is not only a ridiculously good deal but the sound is absolutely amazing. The design also makes a lot of sense and really should flow/breath a little bit better getting rid of those wild loops in the exhaust. This is basically straight in and straight out. So enjoyable driving now! Thanks guys!

Custom request we had:
Customer opted for our mod (obviously), plus flat black heat coat and our ti tip option painted gloss black. I think it came out sweet! |

That is exactly how mine looks only with the OEM black/chrome edition tips which are smaller and not angle cut but same look. The black muffler looks REALLY stealth and it really blends in with the ground actually. Just looking from a little ways back you cannot even tell if a muffler is there or not. Flat was nice but I ended up doing gloss to match the tips and it appeared even more stealth because the light reflected off of it more creating a visual illusion of nothing really being there. Sweet exhaust! |

Was thinking whether you guys had any interest in expanding and catering to more people with a little more quiet setup. Anyone have tried ACM mod, only with some perforation in the pipe and a little bit of absorption fluff/stuffing? would that work or sound like crap given its also in the hemoltz?
Other question is do you guys cover the hole that used to have the pipe going through the middle? Or is the hemoltz still there with the hole and access to the middle piece? |
