I've noticed that the Porsche tuning shop sharkwerks offers a GT3 exhaust that has a valve system, which allows the car to sound relatively normal while not in sport, but when in sport mode the valve opens. This allows more power and some serious sound. Are there any similar systems available for M3s?

i prefer the sound of remus more. a lot deeper than eisenmann in real life. eisenmann makes a good exhaust, but much like the V1, it has hardcore cult following. i've heard both in real life and my opinion is that remus sounds better than eisenmann on our cars in the flesh.

I have Eisenmanns Race on my vert. I did a minor change to it as it was for a coupe. I alterred one of the two crossover pipes that joins the two mufflers together as the vert has strenghning bars bolted onto the diff going forward & backward up underneath the boot.
Anyway I only have a small drone at around 1600 revs but at highway speed 60mph no problems can listen to the radio, talk to passengers, use the phone. But when put your boot into OWG, damn that thing growls. Glad I did not buy the Sports because it would have been too quiet.

A cult following? Lol, try an opinion. And the V1 is a great peice doesnt matter what you say. It works Great. Its not the best but definately top 3. If you dont mind spending the money Eisenmann Race sounds great. Bang for your buck is definately the Remus Race. Out of the two I prefer the Eisenmann Race. |

I had Supersprint Sport first. from outside they sounded nice. But from inside they were annoying. A heavy bass sound that just resonated through the cabin at slow cruising speeds. Not overly loud, many people probably wouldn't mind it but it bothered me. I now have Eisenmann Sport and it's perfect.

Hands down the Remus Race exhaust. Great sound, great performance, AND TUV CERTIFIED. Try to get anyone else to match that.

Here is a thread with detailed information on our system as well as a few reviews. We have one of the few systems on the market that actually replace the restrictive factory piping and address the Noise Canceling issues.
